在熱愛工作的基礎(chǔ)上,如何保持體力很重要.

第一,要將身體調(diào)整好的再工作,花一個(gè)小時(shí)左右時(shí)間,什么都不想,進(jìn)入冥想,將身體調(diào)整到舒服的狀態(tài),再開始工作。調(diào)整的狀態(tài)包括,消除頭蒙、昏沉,去掉肚脹等。

也可以想象自己就像一塊石頭,通過冥想將石頭顏色、形狀、亮度等作全面的調(diào)整,將黑暗、有棱角、不透明、冰冷的石頭全面調(diào)整為光彩、光滑、晶瑩、圓潤、溫暖的石頭。石頭的狀態(tài)就是我們的身體情緒狀態(tài),石頭狀態(tài)調(diào)整好了,我們的情緒狀態(tài)也會(huì)有所好轉(zhuǎn)。

 Secondly, in our work, don’t think too much the time for the workload, please more care your body health status, tire or not. If tire, please do more further adjustment.

第二,工作過程中,不要過于考慮工作時(shí)間的長短,更多關(guān)注身體狀態(tài),是累了還是不累,如果累了就再通過第一步調(diào)整。

Thirdly, you had better not work more than 0:00. If happen, please also follow the above way to do the adjustment.

第三,最好不要超過夜里12點(diǎn),如果超過12點(diǎn),也要依照上面進(jìn)行調(diào)整。

Actually, working process is to keep focus on your work, don’t effected by the mood, which will cost your energy, specially need to adjust the negative emotion to positive and keep happy mood to work, this will make twice the result with half the effort.

這個(gè)過程其實(shí)就是要保持專注,不要過多受情緒的影響,額外地消耗能量,特別要將負(fù)面的情緒調(diào)整為正面的情緒,懷著愉悅的心情工作,上述過程會(huì)事半功倍。
