the lesson i am going to talk about is from the first period of unit8 in oxford english textbook 5a. i will describe my instructional design in seven parts.
part one about the students
children in grade five have learnt and grasped many words and expressions from oxford english from 3a to 4b. they can use them correctly when chatting with others. all these are belonging to the advantages of teaching and learning.
part two analysis of the textbook
the ultimate goal of oxford english is to develop the comprehensive ability to use the language. that is to develop their four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

教學(xué)目標(biāo):
1. 能正確理解、掌握對話內(nèi)容,并能朗讀,初步表演對話。
2. 能正確地聽、說、讀、寫day, all. any, a reading room. sure. floor.
3. 能正確的聽、說、讀詞匯first, a term, back. each other. glad. a building, a sports hall. table tennis, second.
4. 正確的聽、說、讀、寫句型Is there a…? Yes, there is. / No, there isn't. Are there any…? Yes, there are? / No, there aren't. How many… are there? There are…
5. 能正確地運(yùn)用對話中的日常交際用語和三會句型It is the first day of… They are happy to each other. Glad to see you. I'm not sure. It's / They're on the …floor.
教學(xué)重點(diǎn): 能正確理解、掌握對話內(nèi)容。并能朗讀、初步表演對話。
教學(xué)難點(diǎn):1.能比較流暢的朗讀對話,并能在掌握對話內(nèi)容的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步表演對話。
2. 能正確的聽、說、讀、寫There be…句型的一般疑問句形式及其肯定和否定回答。

2.T: Today is the first of September. (板書:1September )It's the first day of the new term.This is my first class to teach you.

(二)1.出示課件:出示一幢大樓的圖片,引出a building, a sports hall, a reading room. a table tennis room
2.復(fù)習(xí)There be…的陳述句形式和介紹句型Is there a…? Are there any…?及其肯定和否定回答。
a. sing a song:in the classroom.
b. 觀看課件:給學(xué)生布置任務(wù):用There is /There are的句型介紹所看到的內(nèi)容,將班級分成四大組,比一比哪一組說的最多最好。將學(xué)生說到的內(nèi)容板書: a library a music room a computer room a TV room offices a playground classrooms a niticeboard blackboards desks chairs bookcase pictures tape recorders a sports hall a reading room a table tennis room.
c. 在比賽進(jìn)行到一半時(shí),教師可采用自問自答的方式引出新句型Is there a…?Are there any…?及其肯定和否定回答。如:Is there a TV in the building然后自己回答:Yes,there is.或No,there isn't.學(xué)生跟說,操練。板書:Is there a…..in the building? Yes,there is. No.there isn't.
d. 用單詞 toilets同法教授Are ther any…?Yes,there are. No.there aren't.板書
e. 用教室里的實(shí)物進(jìn)行操練。
3. 介紹短語on the …floor first second third fourth fifth
出示掛圖:
a. 教師指著1/F標(biāo)志介紹:The table tennis room is on the first floor. What's on the first floor,too?
S:There is a music room on the first floor.卡片:floor on the first floor.
b. T:Are there any computer rooms on the first floor?學(xué)生看圖回答:S:No,there aren't.
T:The computer rooms are on the second floor.板書:second on the second floor
C: 同法介紹:third fourth fifth
4. 介紹句型How many… are there?
a. 繼續(xù)看掛圖:T: How many reading rooms are there in the building? 并自己回答There are two.One is on the first floor.The other is on the third floor.
b. 根據(jù)實(shí)際情況對句型進(jìn)行操練
c. 快速記憶游戲,看一分鐘。學(xué)生搶答: There is a music room on the first floor.
5. 聽錄音,跟讀。分角色朗讀,表演,評價(jià)。
三、consolidation:
讓學(xué)生安排各類教室和活動室所在的樓層,以四人小組為單位,設(shè)計(jì)校園平面圖,請二至三組同學(xué)上臺表演。全班評出最合理的校園圖。
四、Assign homework
1,聽錄音,朗讀并表演對話。 抄寫四會掌握的單詞和句子。
2.完成練習(xí)冊。
