Maintaining our health is very important. By doing this well we will be able to participate in the socialist construction of our country. No one should trifle with one's health. Since youth is the time for physical development, we must do strenous physical training every day in order to have a strong physique and enjoy vigorous health.

In physical training, perseverance is a primary necessity. We must struggle against our own laziness and stay with our training. It is also important to select suitable exercises and then to do them in an orderly way, step by step. Of course, if we enjoy the exercise we will perform more persistently.

Besides, it is a known fact that physical training, such as long distance races, can also generally strengthen our perseverance. Dear friends, especially those with health problems, come out to the playground and take part in physical exercise.

保持健康非常重要。只有這樣做,我們才能夠參加我國的社會主義建設(shè)。沒有人不重視自己的健康。由于青少年是身體發(fā)育的時候,我們必須每天加強鍛煉,才能有強健的體魄并且才能擁有充滿活力的健康。

體育鍛煉,擁有持之以恒的毅力是最為必要的。我們必須反對將自己的懶惰帶到運動中并且要堅持鍛煉。選擇合適的運動也是很重要的,然后有條不紊地做,一步一步的進行下去。當然,如果我們喜歡某項運動,我們就會堅持不懈。

此外,它是一個眾所周知的事實,體育鍛煉,如長跑,也可增強我們的毅力。親愛的朋友們,尤其是那些有健康問題的人,出來運動吧。
