建設(shè)中的生命科學(xué)中心技術(shù)平臺(tái)將全力打造成具有一流儀器設(shè)備和服務(wù)水平的平臺(tái)，為基礎(chǔ)研究、技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)提供有力技術(shù)支撐。 現(xiàn)招募訓(xùn)練有素和有志在技術(shù)發(fā)展方面有作為的博士畢業(yè)生加入我們的生命科學(xué)中心技術(shù)平臺(tái)。 主要是以下幾個(gè)技術(shù)領(lǐng)域:

◆高通量DNA測(cè)序 (2nd generation sequencing)

◆ 蛋白純化系統(tǒng)技術(shù) (Biacore, ITC, CD)

◆ 生物大分子晶體衍射儀與結(jié)構(gòu)生物學(xué)技術(shù)(Rigaku Micromax-007, crystallization techniques)

◆ Patch-clamp和電生理學(xué)技術(shù)

◆ 細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)和分析技術(shù) (Flow cytometry, Fluorometer)

◆ 電子顯微鏡技術(shù) (TEM, SEM)

◆ 熒光顯微鏡技術(shù) (Confocal laser scanning microscopy, FRET, FLIM, Super high resolution microscopy)

◆ 活細(xì)胞成像技術(shù) (Spinning disk microscopy, live cell imaging microscopy)

◆ 放射同位素技術(shù) (Radioisotope usage and management)

對(duì)于實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的申請(qǐng)者,可聘為高級(jí)工程師， 參與生命科學(xué)中心技術(shù)平臺(tái)的相關(guān)技術(shù)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展和人員指導(dǎo)。

要求:

Technologists (Engineers), Life Science Centre, SUSTC

With an ambitious goal to build a first-class, research intensive Biology program, we are recruiting well-trained, dynamic and talented PhD level graduates to join our Life Science Centre as Technologists (Engineers) in the following technology areas:

◆ High throughput DNA sequencing (2nd generation sequencing)

◆ Protein purification system technologies (Biacore, ITC, CD)

◆ X-ray crystallography technologies for structural biology (Rigaku Micromax-007, crystallization techniques)

◆ Patch-clamp and electrophysiology technologies

◆ Cell culture and analysis technologies (Flow cytometry, Fluorometer)

◆ Electron microscopy technologies (TEM, SEM)

◆ Fluorescence microscopy technologies (Confocal laser scanning microscopy, FRET, FLIM, Super high resolution microscopy)

For those applicants with exceptional experience and training, opportunities exist to be hired as a Senior Technologist (Senior Engineer) to lead the development of related technologies and supervise junior technologists.

Requirements:

◆ A graduate with PhD degree in related technologies from a recognized university

◆ A strong research background/experience in the related technologies

◆ Extensive experience with maintenance of the respective technology-related facilities and equipments

◆ Highly self-motivated and willing to learn new technologies

◆ A team player, flexible, meticulous and capable of working within a multi-user, multi-disciplinary environment
