臨床藥學(xué)是國(guó)內(nèi)藥學(xué)教育今后的發(fā)展方向，而藥事監(jiān)管科學(xué)也是上海市重點(diǎn)發(fā)展的學(xué)科。根據(jù)復(fù)旦大學(xué)藥學(xué)院臨床藥學(xué)本研一體化規(guī)劃與藥事監(jiān)管科學(xué)發(fā)展的要求，結(jié)合教學(xué)和科研發(fā)展的需要，現(xiàn)急需引進(jìn)45歲以下、具有藥學(xué)和相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)背景的副教授和教授，具體招聘人數(shù)和要求如下：Clinical pharmacy and drug regulatory science are very important disciplines in pharmacy education both in China and Fudan University. | 招聘條件或要求 |
（1）具有藥學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)(如臨床藥學(xué)、臨床醫(yī)學(xué)、公共衛(wèi)生、生物藥學(xué)等)博士學(xué)位，教授如有1—2年國(guó)外博士后經(jīng)歷更佳。（2）具有臨床藥學(xué)和藥事管理教學(xué)與科研背景，熟悉相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)課堂教學(xué)和臨床實(shí)踐，能夠申請(qǐng)國(guó)家級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目并實(shí)施。（3）在本領(lǐng)域的核心期刊雜志發(fā)表第一作者或通訊作者論文，其中副教授要求3~5篇（SCI至少3篇），教授要求5~10篇（SCI至少5篇）。藥事管理專(zhuān)業(yè)視情況而定；具有國(guó)家級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目者優(yōu)先考慮。（4）富有團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)，合作精神好，表達(dá)能力強(qiáng)。Required:1.Earned doctorate in clinical pharmacy, regulatory science, or closely related field. It will be favorable to have a postdoctoral training in international recognized institutions.2.Evidence of ability to engage in teaching and research. Evidence of ability to develop an original research program and apply for national research funding. Evidence of oral, written, and electronic communication skills. Evidence of team work and cooperation.3.There are major papers (3~5 for associate professor and 5~10 for professor) of first and corresponding authors published in well recognized in related fields. |
