一、學校簡介

北京師范大學廣安實驗學校項目是岳池縣完善城市功能、提升教育水平的招商引資項目，是部省共建廣安、北師大攜手廣安的重要項目，是廣安市教育體育局（廣市教體辦〔2015〕65號）批準同意設立的集幼兒園、小學、初中、高中一體化的全日制民辦學校。2014年8月，岳池縣人民政府與四川才華九龍建設工程有限公司簽訂了《辦學協(xié)議》。2015年4月23日，北京師范大學、廣安市人民政府、四川才華九龍建設工程有限公司簽訂了三方合作辦學協(xié)議。

學校占地110畝，總投資2.8億元，建筑面積75290平方米，分兩期建設。2014年9月啟動學校建設，2015年8月一期工程完工，目前正在加快二期工程建設。學校將建成教學大樓、實驗室、圖書館、微機室、語音室、音樂室、美術(shù)室、形體訓練室、室內(nèi)體育館、多功能室、綜合辦公樓、男女學生公寓樓、學生食堂等教學用房和教學輔助用房；配有標準體育運動場、塑膠田徑場、籃球場、羽毛球場等活動場地，裝備空調(diào)、多媒一體機等教學設備；學生公寓內(nèi)有衛(wèi)生間、空調(diào)、電話、衣柜、書桌、熱水器等設備，全力打造市內(nèi)硬件設施一流的學校。

2015年9月，學校正式開班行課，現(xiàn)有教職工150余人，其中，特級教師、高級教師、學科帶頭人、省市優(yōu)秀教師、骨干教師60余人。2016年計劃招聘教師100余名，其中，省內(nèi)招聘特級教師、學科帶頭人、名優(yōu)教師、骨干教師60名以上。學校聘請了教育專家顧問團隊，借助北京師范大學優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源，共享北京師范大學旗下50余所合作辦學單位教學成果，與成都四、七、九中優(yōu)秀教師聯(lián)姻結(jié)對，傾力打造省內(nèi)師資團隊一流的學校。

學?，F(xiàn)有學生900余人，教學班26個；2016年計劃招生900人，開設教學班28個。學校實行小班教學，小學、初中班額不超過40人，高中班額不超過45人；開設“課程超市”，學生根據(jù)興趣和愛好選擇課程，實行“走班制”教學，最大限度地滿足學生個性發(fā)展需要；實行“寄宿制”管理，優(yōu)越的食宿條件，為學生學習生活提供舒適的環(huán)境；從小學一年級開始英語口語訓練，推行“實驗外語”教學；以國學經(jīng)典誦讀為切入點，大力開展國學經(jīng)典教育；開展好“校園足球”活動，形成以足球為特色的優(yōu)勢項目；在小學、初中、高中一年級開設寫字課，開辦書法培訓班，讓學生都能寫一手好字，為學生成才提供要素保障。

為優(yōu)化北京師范大學廣安實驗學校教師結(jié)構(gòu)，突出“實驗外語”特色教學，提升隊伍素質(zhì)，拓寬學生國際視野，培養(yǎng)外語綜合能力，特面向社會公開招聘外籍教師。

三、招聘條件、要求及待遇

（一）招聘條件

1.年齡在23-55歲之間，來自美國、英國、澳大利亞、加拿大等以英語為母語國家人員。

2.已獲得大學本科以上學歷。

3.有一年以上第二語言教學相關(guān)經(jīng)驗。

4.持有TESOL，Tefl，Tesl三證之一或有同等資質(zhì)。

（二）崗位要求

1.每周至少完成26個課時（40分鐘/課時），每月不少于100課時。

2.工作認真負責，不得無故遲到、早退、缺課。請假需履行學校相關(guān)程序。

（三）教師待遇

1.每月工資10000元左右。

2.合同履行期間法定節(jié)假日帶薪休假，寒暑假視情況給以適當補助。

3.我校提供食宿，協(xié)助辦理工作簽證，并配有外事專管員協(xié)助工作。

4.完成一年合約后，學校將提供不超過8000元探親機票補助。

The Guangan Experimental School of Beijing Normal University project is an investment- attracting project of Yuechi County to improve the city functions and improve education; it is also an important project for the Ministry of Education and Sichuan province to co-construct Guangan as well as an important project for Beijing Normal University to help with Guangan’s development. Under the permission of Guangan Educational Sports Bureau, the full-time private school was set up to provide education for the students from kindergarten to senior high school.

The school covers an area of 110 mu and after complete construction, there will be many buildings for education and assistant teaching, such as teaching buildings, laboratories, libraries, computer rooms, language labs, music rooms, art rooms, body training rooms, an indoor gymnasium, multi-function rooms, a comprehensive office building, male and female students’ apartment blocks, student dining rooms. Besides, the school will be equipped with a standard sports field, a plastic track and field, basketball courts, badminton courts and other venues; and it will be equipped with air conditioners, multi media and other teaching equipment. In Student apartments there are bathrooms, air conditioners, telephones, wardrobes, desks, water heaters and other equipment to create the city's first-class school in hardware facilities.

The Guangan Experimental School of Beijing Normal University School adherings to the school running concept: to lay the foundation of children's life-long joy and happiness, focusing on cultivating students to study happily and then live a happy life. Students choose their subjects according to their interests and likes, studying what they need using the “Mobile Learning System”. All the students even including the first grade pupils get Oral English training, because the school carries out "Experimental English Teaching". 2 NATIVE ENGLISH TEACHERS WANTED

Remuneration Package:

1. Salary: around 10,000 yuan RMB per month

2. No more than 8,000 yuan RMB worth of international airfare for one year duration.

3. Accommodation, food and Z visa are provided

4. Enjoy certain percent of month salary in national holidays, summer and winter vacation during the contract.

5 Teaching Load: 18 hours per week, i.e. 26 academic hours per week. The duration of class: 40 minutes.

Requirements:

1. Applicants should be NATIVE English speakers from UK, USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand, have at least a Bachelor degree .

2. Applicants should be graduated before 2015.

3. Applicants with a TESOL certificate or English teaching experiences in English-speaking countries have priority; a publication record is preferable.

4. Devotion to teaching: patient, responsible and enthusiastic;
