博士生生源和選拔質(zhì)量是博士生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的前提和基礎(chǔ)。我系博士生招生堅(jiān)持吸引優(yōu)秀生源、不拘一格選拔優(yōu)秀人才、全面考察考生綜合素質(zhì)的原則。

一、報名方式

申請攻讀自動化系博士生按導(dǎo)師報名。

二、考核時間

應(yīng)屆本科生、部分應(yīng)屆碩士生（2016年畢業(yè)的碩士生）的考核選拔安排在2015年9月進(jìn)行；部分應(yīng)屆碩士生（2016年畢業(yè)的碩士生）、往屆碩士生（2016年之前畢業(yè)的碩士生）、強(qiáng)軍計(jì)劃、少數(shù)民族骨干、論文博士等其他報考我系博士生的考生的考核選拔安排在2016年3月進(jìn)行。

三、考核選拔

1、外校應(yīng)屆本科生

按照《清華大學(xué)2016年接收外校推薦免試攻讀博士（碩士）學(xué)位研究生的有關(guān)要求》進(jìn)行申請和考核。校外本科生申請免試博士生排名一般應(yīng)在本專業(yè)前5%(985高校)或前2%(211高校)。

2、9月份參加考核的部分應(yīng)屆碩士畢業(yè)生

（1）申請者須具備的條件

全國重點(diǎn)大學(xué)優(yōu)秀應(yīng)屆碩士畢業(yè)生

①學(xué)術(shù)研究興趣濃厚，有較強(qiáng)的創(chuàng)新意識、創(chuàng)新能力和專業(yè)能力；

②誠實(shí)守信，學(xué)風(fēng)端正，未受過任何處分；

③身心健康。

④ 除滿足學(xué)校要求以外，還必須滿足如下條件之一：

A．作為第一作者錄用或發(fā)表頂級國際期刊(A類或B類)1篇以上(含)；

B．學(xué)位課程成績?nèi)吭?0分以上(含),并在頂級國際會議（頂尖級或A類）錄用或發(fā)表論文1篇以上(含)；

（2）申請者須提交的書面材料

① 清華大學(xué)2016年報考攻讀博士學(xué)位研究生登記表（網(wǎng)上報名后打印）；

② 本科、碩士研究生期間學(xué)業(yè)成績單（須授課單位蓋章）；

③ 碩士學(xué)位論文部分結(jié)果和詳細(xì)摘要；

④ 根據(jù)招生專業(yè)目錄上擬報考導(dǎo)師的研究方向，撰寫一份擬攻讀博士學(xué)位的科學(xué)研究計(jì)劃書（必須和導(dǎo)師聯(lián)系后撰寫，且不少于1000字）；

⑤ 兩封與報考專業(yè)相關(guān)的副教授(或相當(dāng)職稱)及以上專家的推薦信；

⑤ 全國大學(xué)英語四、六級證書或其它證明英語水平的考試成績單復(fù)印件；

⑥ 其他能證明科研水平和能力的材料，包括發(fā)表論文、專利或論文正式錄用函的復(fù)印件，獲獎證書復(fù)印件、碩士以來個人學(xué)習(xí)和工作簡歷等。

（3）申請辦法

有意申請者可于2015年8月28日9：00-9月10日16：00登錄yz.tsinghua.edu.cn按相關(guān)要求完成網(wǎng)上報名手續(xù)并在9月11日前將全部書面申請材料（統(tǒng)一用A4紙）寄（送）達(dá)清華大學(xué)中央主樓409辦公室，過期不再受理申請。

9月份已申請，但未能錄取的應(yīng)屆碩士生，若想?yún)⒓拥诙?月份的考試，還需要網(wǎng)上重新辦理報名手續(xù)。

（4）考核與錄取

博士生的選拔考核注重對考生外語能力、基礎(chǔ)理論，尤其是創(chuàng)新意識和創(chuàng)新能力、科研水平和研究潛質(zhì)、學(xué)術(shù)興趣和學(xué)術(shù)能力的考核，選拔出具有學(xué)術(shù)專長和培養(yǎng)潛質(zhì)的拔尖創(chuàng)新人才。

本系將組織專家小組對考生的材料進(jìn)行審核和綜合評價，確定考核名單。

博士生招生考核按學(xué)科組織差額考核。其內(nèi)容每個研究方向有所區(qū)別，考核小組成員不少于5人，考核小組根據(jù)考生的考核情況對每位考生給出成績，根據(jù)考核成績擇優(yōu)上報研究生院核準(zhǔn)錄取。

3、其他考生

對于其他部分應(yīng)屆碩士畢業(yè)生、往屆碩士畢業(yè)生、強(qiáng)軍計(jì)劃、少數(shù)民族骨干、論文博士等其他考生參加2016年春季的考試，以2016年博士生招生簡章為準(zhǔn)。

考核方式：基礎(chǔ)外語+專業(yè)課考試+綜合面試
